The building is in dates all the way back to 1937 and with this new makeover, they smartly and respectfully kept the art deco look of the space, with views of the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, and the Jardins du Trocadéro, but made it warmer with sand-color cedar walls and ash-and-marble tables. The key element of this restaurant’s decor? The lighting pieces by Alain Guilhot, subtle and intimate, that give the space a much more modern and sophisticated ambiance.
