Flying to London in a near future? Don’t miss the chance to land in Heathrow and check this incredible bar design.
If you find yourself flying to Heathrow Airport, one of the major international airports in London, you will probably not miss an extraordinary yet controversial restaurant design idea! Is the name Heston Blumenthal familiar to you? Keep scrolling and find out the outstanding restaurant and bar design that is representing the renowned chef at the airport!
Located in London Heathrow’s Terminal 2 – The Queens Terminal, The Perfectionists’ Café has a quirky design inspired by the 1960’s and 1970’s. With trendy materials and mid-century pieces with a vintage vibe that we just can’t resist (and we’re sure you won’t either), this is an irresistible stop at Heathrow’s airport.
Modern British signature dishes also inspired AfroditKrassa to make this timeless era reborn. It’s in the art, in the dining chairs, the sofas and the tables, the mid-century lighting pieces and the materials chosen.
All the details create an impressive look in such an open and theatrical kitchen! Who could resist the golden accents, the bar stools and the beautiful bar?
It’s almost impossible to miss this majestic counter with high stools, which invites passengers to sit down and enjoy a British dish of excellence, cooked by a wood oven never seen before in an airport.
“As customers progress into the space, the pace slows down to a more relaxed dining experience,” explained AfroditiKrassa upon entering this restaurant, the sensations of its visitors are heightened. Who knew this airport, a stop for many, could be taken to a whole new level with a beautiful restaurant and bar such as this?
The front is dynamic, combining high seating, flexible tables and marble and tiles surfaces. To provide personality and trendiness, this restaurant/bar decided to choose these materials that are not only beautiful to the eye, but timeless and right on trend.
What can we say about this rich interior filled with dark timber, black and white marble, metals and Formica, an iconic material of the 60’s? Such a well-thought idea…
We hope you enjoyed this bar design in a stunning airport that you must visit at least once in your life. How could you resist?
