Easter is coming up and we still don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel because of this Coronavirus crisis. What to do about it, except making the best out of the situation with your dear little family.
We’ve been doing some things for many, many years the same exact way, but this year showed us that we have to do some things differently for once and adapt to the circumstances. Whether it’s work, weekends, or holidays are now spent differently. But how can we make Easter feel like Easter and not as another day home?

Easter is best celebrated with family, but just because this time you can’t be together with your other beloved ones doesn’t mean you have to miss out on your favorite Easter dishes. Be prepared, decide which recipe you want to make and if it’s not the recipe you use to make on easter, then is this year the perfect time to try it out.
Try to include your kids and your partner in the kitchen and make them all sit together and make some sweets in the form of a bunny or an egg. Do it preferably in the kitchen and make use of those barstools you have. And of course, they must be not only good looking but also comfortable so you can enjoy your time all day long.
And if you still feel that the family-touch is missing, then you can always host a conference with your whole family and enjoy your evening “together”.
Whether you have kids or not, play little games to bring fun and happiness into your home. Let’s be honest, the egg hunt is the best game during Easter, even if you don’t have a yard you can all do it inside. *Whispers good places to hide the eggs: In a pot in the kitchen, on barstools facing the counter, behind a painting, and Inside an actual egg carton.*
Next, choose an idea for an Easter craft project, for example, make springtime Easterpots and paint them, everyone can paint their pots and then plant their flower to celebrate spring. Another DIY contest between the family can be “the best-decorated easter bonnet”. Even if you don’t have craft supplies home, you can be creative and use some kitchen supplies, just be creative.
I also recommend using this chance to relax. Staying home also means cooking for less, so find that perfect balance between making good and enjoyable Easter with your little family and one that brings you tranquility and peace.
